By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, you (“User”, “you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright / IP Takedown Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

The Website serves as the Company’s primary online presence and information portal.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of, the Website. Prohibited behaviour includes harassment, transmission of obscene, defamatory or offensive material, uploading malicious code, disrupting the normal flow of communication, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website’s systems, databases or user accounts.

5. Editorial and Blog Content

The Company publishes Editorial Content on the Website for informational, educational and non-commercial reference purposes. The Company endeavours in good faith to use Editorial Content that is either (i) created in-house by employees or contractors under work-made-for-hire arrangements; (ii) obtained under a paid or free-tier licence from stock-image libraries and content repositories permitting editorial use; (iii) sourced from repositories that expressly permit non-commercial editorial use; or (iv) provided by group companies, partners, licensors, contributors or public-domain sources. 6. Third-Party Content -No Wilful Infringement; Takedown Mechanism

Notwithstanding the Company’s good-faith editorial practices, if any Editorial Content, or any part thereof, is found to include material in respect of which a third party asserts intellectual-property rights, the Company shall not be deemed to have wilfully infringed such rights. The Company shall address any bona fide complaint through the notice-and-takedown mechanism set out in the Company’s “Copyright / Intellectual Property Takedown Policy” (published at www.khaitanbioenergy.com/copyright-policy). Prompt removal or disabling of access to the impugned material pursuant to that policy shall be treated as a full and final resolution of the complaint, without any admission of liability, wrongdoing or infringement by the Company.

7. Intellectual Property of the Company

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, product names, technical drawings, process diagrams, product photographs, patents (whether registered, pending or applied for), copyrights, proprietary technical know-how and other intellectual property displayed on or associated with the Website that identify the Company or its second-generation bioethanol technology, are the sole and exclusive property of Khaitan Bio Energy (P) Ltd., its licensors or its group companies, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Patents Act, 1970, and applicable international treaties.

No part of the Website may be reproduced, republished, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of the Company. Nominative fair use of the Company’s name, trademarks or content for the purposes of reference, journalism, academic writing and industry commentary is permitted, subject to accurate attribution and non-misleading use.

8. User Submissions

The Website is operated by Khaitan Bio Energy (P) Ltd. from India, and is intended primarily for users located in India and for global industry, academic and institutional audiences interested in the Company’s second-generation bioethanol technology. The Website is not directed at, targeted to, marketed to, or intended to solicit or transact business with consumers or businesses in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, Germany, or any other specific foreign jurisdiction; the mere fact that the Website is technically accessible from any such jurisdiction shall not be construed as targeting such jurisdiction or as an intention to avail of the laws, courts or regulatory frameworks of any such jurisdiction. The Company does not maintain any place of business, establishment, subsidiary, branch or agent outside India for the purpose of providing services through the Website.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website (or any part or feature thereof) at any time, and to amend, modify or update these Terms from time to time. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website for any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, or for any other reason it deems appropriate. 20. Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement
